ABOUT LARRY SCHWARTZ
Larry Schwartz is a Medically Accomplished Indoor Environmental Engineer and the Founder, CEO, and President of Safestart
Environmental and Safestart Building Consulting, Inc.
Larry and his team have conducted over 12,000 investigations of residential and commercial properties, creating remediation
plans, performing testing and post-remediation verifications.
In 2023, Larry authored a chapter titled “Building Science and Human Health” in the medical textbook "Nutrition and Integrative
Medicine for Clinicians, Volume 2," published by CRC Press.
Larry is the sole environmental expert on a national study collaborating with a team of physicians on research into the sources
of causes for Alzheimer's and Dementia patients. The name of this study is Evanthia.
A specialty area of his work involves assessing, testing, and creating solutions to make homes and workplaces environmentally
safe for patients with inflammatory illnesses. Many of his clients are patients referred by physicians and clinics worldwide. He
and his team provide both on-site visits and virtual consulting.
Larry is a recipient of the U.S. Army Commendation Medal while on he was on Active Duty for meritorious service.

CREATOR OF A RISK ASSESSMENT TOOL (MAP/MPI) FOR MOLDINESS OF HOMES
This assessment includes identifying causes and methods of correction to lower the risk of developing microbial growth
using the MAP APP, which additionally generates a report of findings, causes, and corrections.
